Our cooking manner is close to the season, the place, the people. We use local ingredients, because we believe that good things don't have to travel far. But we don't close ourselves to just that - if something from outside makes sense and has quality, we are open to it. At Strona, we focus on simplicity that is not boring. On clean flavours, good combinations and products that speak for themselves. Sometimes we reach for the classics, sometimes we go against the stream. We like to balance between what is familiar and what is fresh and not obvious.
