The functioning of Strona is defined by the rhythm of the day and the changing seasons. They guide us in selecting seasonal products, which we source exclusively from trusted producers who share our approach to work and quality.
The same mindfulness applies to our wine. The labels you will find at Strona are the result of conversations with suppliers and sommeliers, as well as a conscious selection that has matured over time.
Quality remains the constant narrator of this story. It is what binds all the chapters of Strona together and serves as our guide in making decisions. All this out of respect for our Guests and the craft to which we dedicate this story.
We are open for you every day from 9:00 AM and function throughout the day within the framework defined by our four chapters.
Morning

The first chapter of Strona is defined by the morning.
During the week, we invite you for coffee and pastries provided by the Smażone Mleko workshop. On weekends, our breakfast service is in full swing.
Lunch
monday-friday | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
This is our second chapter. Its rhythm unfolds during lunchtime.
We dedicate it to everyone looking for a place to take a break from work or hold a business meeting.
Service is efficient, and we guarantee that within an hour you will have time to order, eat, and return to your daily responsibilities.
This is a story dedicated to seasonal products, so we give you our word that you won't get bored with us.
Wine bar
monday-friday | 5:00 PM – until closing
saturday-sunday | 1:00 PM – until closing
This is part of our third chapter—the evenings.
Our wine bar is an informal spot for a glass of wine and simple snacks at communal tables, in contrast to the more private space in the back.
It can be an introduction to the full evening service, but it doesn't have to be. It's up to you how the rest of the evening unfolds.
Dinner

Dinner is the full, yet still informal, version of our evenings.
It is a space for long conversations at a table set with only the best. The menu is based on dishes that you can—but don’t have to—share with your companions for the evening.
This is a kitchen that doesn't pretend to be fine dining, because it doesn't have to. It is complete, refined, and conscious, yet remains accessible to everyone.
